Concrete Scanning
USL-1 uses Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) to scan concrete slabs, walls, ceilings and beams to locate underground objects. These object can include rebar, post tension cables, conduits and voids.
GPR is imaging equipment that visually see changes in materials. Radio Detection receivers and transmitters are used to trace out embedded conduits by inducing a signal onto a conductive line and locating it with the receiver.
- For core drilling, concrete testing, saw cuts, trenching and anchoring
- Identify Rebar, post tension cables, conduits and voids
- Concrete slabs, suspended, on grade, on pan, wall, ceiling and beams
